Course Overview:
This online training course educated participants about diversity and inclusion, identifies the characteristics of a respectful workplace, and examines acceptable and unacceptable workplace attitudes and behaviours.
Course Objectives:
Participants will be able to recognize the benefits of diversity in the workplace. They understand the concept of culture and identify practical strategies to improve communication between people from different cultural backgrounds. Participants will know how to respond appropriately in a situation involving disrespectful workplace behaviours, whether as the target, the accused, or a bystander.
Online Course
The course consists of three modules that the participant must complete. On average, participants finish the course in 1-3 hours.
Throughout the course, each participant must challenge and successfully complete tests before continuing to the next module. You have unlimited attempts at each test.
