Management Level Food Handler Certification Course - ADVANCED.fst
Course Overview:
ADVANCED.fst® is a management level food safety training course. The course will help food handlers and management within the Foodservice/ Food Retail sectors learn important information about food safety. It will help them to do their job better. The information and recommendations in this course are based on the Food Retail and Food Services Regulation (FRFSRC) and the Food Retail and Food Services Code (FRFSC), Health Canada and The Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Who Should Take the Course?
This course is designed for owner/operators, managers, chefs and any employee who wants to take their food safety knowledge to the next level. You do not have to complete BASICS.fst® to take this course.
Course Objectives:
The primary objective of this food safety course is to provide participants with the information required to ensure employee and customer safety. It should also help to reduce the liability of business.
How do I take the course?
Online with Webcam Exam
The course consists of modules that must be fully completed at your own pace followed by a module test. You will have unlimited attempts at passing the module test in order to proceed to the next module.
A webcam exam can be scheduled at your convenience. A final grade of 75% is required to successfully pass the exam and be certified.
You will receive your results immediately.

NEW - Online Virtual ADVANCED.fst Training/Certification
This virtual, highly interactive training course provides participants with a greater understanding of the ADVANCED.fst course content than a self-study option alone.
By registering for virtual ADVANCED.fst training, you will self-study at your own pace, using the ADVANCED.fst online course. You will participate in two 3 hour virtual training sessions with a TrainCan food safety expert/recognized trainer. Also included in the price is a pin/password, several self-study activities, a web-based exam and printable certificate.
