Toronto health inspectors have given a conditional pass to Yummy Pizza and Shawarma, located at 1745 Dundas St. W., on Nov. 16. 

The restaurant was issued the pass due to the following infractions: 

CRUCIAL INFRACTIONS

• Failure to protect food from contamination or adulteration 

SIGNIFICANT INFRACTIONS

• Failure to ensure equipment surfaces cleaned as necessary

• Failure to maintain handwashing stations (liquid soap and paper towels)

• Failure to provide thermometer in refrigeration equipment

• Food equipment not of sound and tight construction

• Failure to keep sanitary facility sanitary

• Use of dirty cloth for cleaning utensils

• Two-sink equipment not of corrosion-resistant material

• Food equipment not in good repair

• Failure to protect against harbouring of pests

MINOR INFRACTIONS

• Failure to protect against entry of pests

• Food premise not maintained with food handling room in sanitary condition

• Failure to ensure equipment surface sanitized as necessary

OTHER INFRACTIONS

• Failure to ensure presence of food handler or supervisor during all hours of operation

The City of Toronto's website states that a notice to comply request has been sent to the business.
